Show distant stops when no service

I live in an area which has had a bus service withdrawn and the nearest bus stops just service school/college routes, so most of the time it’s left showing “no current departures.”
I wonder if it could be designed so that when there isn’t a departure expected for more than 90 minutes, the “nearest” tab would show the closest stop *with* an active departure.
